Thank you for contacting St Louis Area Masters Swimming. There are workouts in the St Louis area with structured/coached practices. At Marquette High School on Clarkson Rd it’s indoor SCY, Monday – Saturday 5am – 6:30am; at Crestview Middle School on Clayton Rd it’s indoor SCM, Monday – Friday 10:30am-12:00pm. There are two practice locations in Illinois, Maryville and Edwardsville, if those are closer to where you live. Workouts are posted on the USMS website at usms.org: once you join US Masters Swimming there is additional website content that you can view and use. If you decide to join US Masters Swimming and swim with a practice group in St Louis, register in Ozark LMSC, not Missouri or Illinois. Thanks again.
